I hope you can see the pictures I sent this time. The first is a pic of our Tianjin group in front of the orphanage. I left Nathaniel with my dad at the hotel because I didn't want him to be confused. The orphanage director wanted to know where he was so Wendy, our guide, told her a little fib and said he was sleeping because he was up most the night. Whatever works!

The next 2 pics were at the lantern festival we went to yesterday. There were hundreds of people and they ALL wanted to see Dominic and the other children in our group. People were asking to have their pictures taken with him and even sneaking pictures with him, kinda leaning in a little too close while a friend snapped a quick photo. They really wanted to hear him speak but Dom wouldn't say a word he was so freaked out. I don't blame him.. Everyone was nice just inquisitive. It was a really neat experience, I'm glad we went. The baby dressed like an emperor was too cute. The mama seemed okay with having his picture taken.

Love ya all

Katie

Katie,

You look so happy. My favorite picture of all is of the boys in diapers and then the one of you, Dad and the boys. We all miss you but I am so excited and optimistic about the next week. The time will go fast after the weekend. We have all been invited to Kris and Mary's on Sun. I may or may not go. Going over for call went fine. The girls are so darling. This has been a true gift to me. I love you all. We will all have som many fun stories to tell.

God bless you on your way, my dear.

What a journey this has been...I feel like just a little part of our family has been walking with you all. As often as possible, I share the pic's with Yog and the boys and I gave Amanda your blog info too. I even gave Fr. Chris, whom came to Y2K this year, the info too. He was adopted at birth and is his Mom & Dad's only child! So I thought he would enjoy this journey as well! Thank you for sharing this journey with us. The pic's are wonderful. I too got a huge kick out of the guy in the park. You have to share that story with us when you get home. Unfortunately, I will be flying out Mar. 2 to stay w/ Amanda for a couple of weeks, so I will probably miss you welcoming home! But hopefully it will be when we come back! Anyway, thanks again and talk to you soon! God's Blessings..Gerise and gang

Katie, I hope you know that my heart is with you every step of your journey. We have been praying for you along the path of this incredible event. Jim and I read your blog together this morning. (Wow!) We can’t wait to meet Nathaniel and hear stories.
